Customer first, we always make sure our products can meet the quality & environmental test.Thus our QC team will take non-scheduled examination of the design and products.
Our furniture include Italian style, Modern style, Light luxury style & Simple style.
We make furniture for the whole house including sitting room furniture, bedroom furniture & dining room furniture.
Q1: Can I get a sample before order?
Yes, We could offer the sample and ship the sample by DHL, FedEx, UPS and so on, takes about 3-5 days.
Q2: What is your delivery time?
Normally, we can finish the order at about 15-20days.
Q3: What’s your term of payment?
We prefer T/T. Please contact us for better support.
Q4: What’s your warranty?
We normally will provide one or two years warranties according to different models. If the product is caused by our mistakes, we will give you free replacement. If it was damaged during the shipping or other reasons, we will provide the best solutions for you.
Q5: Can you arrange the shipment by door to door?
We can offer door to door service both by sea and by air, which can save your time and money. Also, we have cooperated forwarder in some countries and can arrange the customs clearance for you.
