Q2: What's your main market?
A2: Our mainly market is Europe like Spain, France, Italy,south America,and USA" with 80% exporting ,50 containers per month.
Q3: What's your deliver time if I have placed an order?
A3: Around 45days when we get your order confirmation and the agreed deposit.
Q4: What's your after-sales service?
A4: We always here to work with you and offer 3 years warranty on frame and suspension, and 1 years against defects in materials and workmanship for all other elements.
Q5: Can you OEM or ODM?
A5: Yes, customize product is available in our factory. Please send your design picture to us, then our professional designers engineers will look into it and see what we can do.
Q6: Can I order sample? Are they free of charge?
A6: Yes, we do sample orders for certain customers. Sample fees is needed, but we will de- duct the sample cost from your bulk order.
Q7: Could we change the color?
A7: Yes,Many colours available,you can select from our colour swatches .
Q8: What is the trade term?
A8: FOB shanghai or Ningbo, port China. FOB prices only basis on full container, if q- uantity less than full container, the prices as EXW factory.
